Use this form to request space for your event. At the moment, the Unioninkatu Banqueting Room venues are available for events organised by the University of Helsinki.
Unioninkatu 33 catering services
As a rule, events held at the Banqueting Rooms must include catering, with the exception of teaching related events. Catering is provided by Well Catering.
